Supporting action planning

After receiving the results of their annual strategic stakeholder analysis, one of our clients wanted to quickly identify actions and formulate a prioritized action plan for how the company should meet the expectations of the stakeholders.

Wise from the experiences of countless traditional workshops, the manager knew that this was a time-consuming task. It was also especially problematic since within this management team there were a couple of strong personalities that often blocked the other members’ valuable ideas. Working with us before, the manager knew about our computer based workshop tool, which eliminates time-consuming discussions without losing consensus around the results of the workshop.

The manager asked for our assistance in the action planning and after less than half a day’s workshop session, supported by our consultants, the management team had developed an action plan for how to meet the stakeholders’ expectations that everyone in the management team agreed on.
