An SME within the consumer goods sector felt the need to start working with sustainability issues in a more structured manner.  They turned to us and asked for our help in formulating a strategy customized to their level of maturity within sustainability and supportive to their overall vision.

Using our mix of tools, methods and competencies, we analyzed their business and business environment and formulated a sustainability strategy unique to their particular prerequisites, complete with an action plan for implementation.
